DIN975 DIN976 Black Coating Stud Bolt Full Threaded are commonly used in offshore flatform, oil and gas and construction, building to connect.

Stud bolt, Threaded rod (threaded bar), DIN975, DIN976 according to DIN standard. The material can be divided into Class 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9 for carbon steel; Stainless steel A2-70, A4-80 (304, 316), brass. Aluminum is also available. Size from M3 to M70, length from 100mm to 4000mm. Surface treatment including: Plain, zinc plated, nickel plated, H. D. G., black, dacromet, mechanical zinc plated.

The specification for stud bolt and threaded rod DIN975 DIN976 cover alloy and stainless steel bolting for pressure vessels, valves, flanges, and fittings for high temperature or high pressure service, low temperature, or other special purpose applications. The ASTM A193 specification covers bars, bolts, screws, studs, stud bolts, and wire. The material may be further processed by centerless grinding or by cold drawing. Below are some of the ASTM A193 grades used commonly.

B Product analysis - Individual determinations sometimes vary from the specified limits on ranges as shown in the tables. The several determinations of any individual element in a heat may not vary both above and below the specified range.

D For bar sizes over 31/2 in. [90 mm], inclusive, the carbon content may be 0.50 %, max. For the B7M grade, a minimum carbon content of 0.28 % is permitted, provided that the required tensile properties are met in the section sizes involved; the use of AISI 4130 or 4130H is allowed.
